Appointment Changes: 4-hour notice required for cancellations/changes within business hours. Cancellations within 4 hours incur a 50% fee. No-shows incur full charge. Late arrivals may shorten sessions.
Group Bookings: Groups of 4 or more require a 50% deposit. Final guest count and services due 24 hours prior. Late arrivals may shorten sessions at full charge. Automatic 20% gratuity will be added, 100% paid to therapists.
